Licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire, our real estate experience can accommodate your search on the coast, lakes and mountains or anywhere in between. We are two full-time agents who love helping with first-time buyers, our down-sizing peers and elder transitions.

Marie grew up in Kittery and moved to Rye for 2^nd grade with a love of the Seacoast beaches and Maine lakes. Chris grew up in Keene, spending as much time as possible in the mountains skiing in Vermont and New Hampshire. We met at Saunders on Rye Harbor, both as wait staff. We moved back to Keene and started a family and a farm. The farmstand proved to be the more reliable source of income- you can’t control mother nature- hence our next business, producing pastries, breads, entrees and flavored butters, cheeses and pesto sauces for specialty and natural foods markets. All though we loved the travel involved, especially exhibiting at the National Fancy Foods shows in NYC and San Francisco, our youngest children were just starting school, and we needed to be home. So, we opened a restaurant in Keene in 2000. 15 years later Marie’s mom, Judy Tracey, was eating at our restaurant and suggested that we join her on the Seacoast selling real estate. Kids were out of school, Chris’ parents had passed, we were almost done restoring our 1873 Victorian mansion, so on to our next life. We sold the restaurant and house- MAJOR downsizing- and moved back to the seacoast to be Realtors!
